Tender pieces of lamb or beef sautéed in seasoned butter, fresh onion, garlic and ginger. (Very Mild)

10. Yesiga Tibs

Cubes of selected beef sautéed with onion, tomato and seasoned butter. (Very Mild)

11. Yawaze Tibs

Cubes of selected beef sautéed with onion, garlic, tomato, seasoned red pepper sauce and seasoned butter. (Medium Spicy)

12. Doro Tibs

Boneless pieces of chicken breast sautéed with onion, garlic, tomato, seasoned red pepper sauce and seasoned butter. (Medium Spicy) It can be ordered mild  

13. Kitfo Tartar

Lean tender chopped beef sautéed in seasoned butter, spiced hot chilies and garnished with home made cottage cheese. (Medium Spicy)
